Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 4, 2025

This Refund Policy applies to all clients engaging the services of Through The Glass Creatives Corporation (Philippines) and Through The Glass Creatives Global – FZCO (UAE) (collectively referred to as “TTGC”).

1. General Refund Principles

TTGC is a service-based company offering creative, strategic, and consulting services. As such, refunds are limited to circumstances where work has not yet commenced or where cancellation occurs prior to any resource allocation or production.

All refund requests must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Initial deposits or down payments made to reserve project slots or initiate work

  • Consultation fees, once the consultation has occurred or materials have been prepared

  • Fees paid for completed work, including delivered drafts or assets, regardless of client usage

3. Partial Refund Eligibility

Clients may be eligible for a partial refund (less administrative and time-based deductions) only if:

  • No production work or execution has commenced

  • TTGC has not yet allocated significant hours or resources to the project

  • A cancellation request is submitted within 5 business days of contract signing or payment, and before kickoff

In such cases, refunds will be calculated as:

  • Refundable amount = Paid amount – (Admin fees + hourly cost of initial work done + taxes or gateway charges, if any)

4. Cancellation After Work Has Begun

If the project is canceled after work has commenced, the client remains liable for:

  • All work completed up to the cancellation date

  • Any third-party costs or tools purchased on the client’s behalf

  • Any hours rendered beyond the initial deposit

No refund shall be issued if:

  • The majority of the agreed-upon deliverables have already been produced

  • The delay or cancellation is due to client inaction or prolonged lack of response (30+ days)

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days, via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. TTGC is not liable for delays caused by banking systems or third-party platforms.

If payment was made through a foreign exchange or digital payment platform, transfer fees and currency conversion charges will be deducted from the refund.

6. Disputed Transactions

In the event of a dispute, TTGC will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If no agreement is reached, the client may escalate the issue per the Dispute Resolution clause in the signed agreement or the Terms & Conditions.

Chargebacks made without prior notice or valid justification may be treated as breach of agreement.

7. Policy Changes

TTGC reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or through official communication channels. The policy in force at the time of engagement shall apply.
