1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Through The Glass Creatives Corporation or Through The Glass Creatives Global - FZCO (collectively, "TTGC," "we," "us," or "our"), the client ("you," "your," or "Client") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with any signed agreements and written proposals. These documents collectively govern the provision of all creative, branding, digital, consulting, and related services.

3. Fees, Invoicing & Payment
Fees shall be paid according to the signed proposal or invoice.
A minimum 50% down payment is required before commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Remaining balances are due upon delivery or within 7–14 days of invoice date.
Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest.
International payments must be in USD; local payments in PHP unless otherwise specified.
4. Revisions and Scope Changes
Unless specified, packages include up to 2 rounds of revisions.
Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed at standard rates.
Significant changes require a new agreement or written amendment.
5. Scope of Services
Clients agree to:
Provide timely access to materials, approvals, and feedback.
Secure legal rights to any third-party content shared.
Respond to deliverables within the review timelines.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
TTGC retains all rights to drafts, working files, and source assets until full payment is received.
Upon final payment, Client is granted:
A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables.
Ownership of final approved output files for intended commercial use.
TTGC retains the right to showcase the work unless restricted by NDA.
7. Invoicing Options & VAT Policy
TTGC operates under both Philippine and UAE entities:
TTGC Corporation (PH): Non-VAT registered; provides zero-rated services to foreign/non-resident clients.
TTGC Global - FZCO (UAE): UAE-licensed; issues invoices with 5% VAT.
To provide cost-effective solutions:
PH-based clients are routed through the UAE entity to avoid 12% PH VAT, where legally applicable.
UAE-based clients are routed through the PH entity to access VAT-exempt international services unless local UAE invoicing is requested.
Clients may request to be invoiced under either entity to suit regulatory or operational needs. Our team will confirm the appropriate entity during onboarding.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Cancellations before production may be partially refunded after deducting time and admin cost
Client remains liable for all work completed prior to cancellation.
TTGC reserves the right to cancel projects for non-payment, breach, or abusive conduct.

9. Timelines and Delays
Timelines will be followed to the best of our ability.
TTGC is not liable for delays due to:
Client delays in feedback or materials
Technical issues beyond our control.
Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, illness)
10. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the course of the engagement.
11. Limitation of Liability
TTGC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project.
12. Dispute Resolution
Parties shall seek amicable resolution first.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration or mediation in the jurisdiction of the engaged entity.
For TTGC PH: Legal venue is Iloilo City, Philippines.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be communicated via our website.
