The Quiet Power: A Founder Brand Strategy | TTGC

Most founder brands try to say everything at once. This one had to say one thing and mean it. We built the personal brand strategy and the identity for Mherie Vic Palomo-Prevendido. It all rests on one idea: The Quiet Power.

The challenge

Mherie runs several ventures at the same time. She is Founder and Chairwoman of Through The Glass Creatives, CEO of Magna Hvati Business Solutions, and the founder of the Millora Foundation. Full disclosure: she leads our own studio, so this was an in house build. A profile that wide can read as range, and it can just as easily read as scattered.

The goal was clarity, not a new logo. Her work spans creative, operations, and social impact. So the brand had to hold true in three very different rooms. A position built for one venture would quietly fail the other two. We needed the part of her that stays constant when the audience changes.

Our approach

We led with strategy and parked the design work until the thinking was settled. The thread we kept pulling on was how she already leads, not how she wanted to be seen. She does not chase the loud founder playbook, and she operates in calm, in proof, and in depth. So the brand had to reward patience rather than volume. That single decision ruled out the usual founder shortcuts: inflated claims, hype words, and her face on every surface.

That became the position: The Quiet Power. Lead without losing yourself. Ambition without the noise. The phrase earns its place because it holds a tension that most founder taglines quietly abandon. Power is the claim being made, and quiet is the evidence that she has no need to shout it.

What we built

- A position built on one owned idea, not a list of titles. It becomes the quiet tie breaker when two good options compete.

- An identity that earns attention by taking things away, not adding them. Space and type do the work.

- A voice with a single test applied before anything ships: does this show proof, or does it only promise? Superlatives fail that test.

- Message pillars, from vision and leadership to legacy and wholeness. They set the lanes she speaks in, and the subjects she leaves alone.

The outcome

The real test of a position is what it settles, and hers now decides the small calls, from what she says yes to down to how a page should sound. Every venture she touches inherits the same frame, so nothing has to be re-argued from scratch. Judge that for yourself against the website and the content platform built on the same foundation.
