A Founder's Digital Home: MherieVic.com | TTGC

Most founder websites are a catalogue of titles. This one had a harder job. Mherie Vic leads several ventures, and every one of them attracts a different audience. We designed and built mherievic.com as a single home for all of it. One disclosure up front: she co-founded Through The Glass Creatives, so this was an in-house project.

The challenge

A founder site rarely has one audience. This one had three, and they arrive with different goals. An event organizer wants to know whether she can carry a keynote stage. A possible partner is judging how she runs a business. A reader came for her writing, and nothing else. The same page had to serve all three, without making anyone dig.

Our approach

We designed around intent, not ego. Every section is named after a question a visitor really asks. Why she is credible. What she builds. Where she has a point of view. How to work with her. Plain labels beat clever ones, because a visitor with two minutes should never have to guess. Trust decides whether anything below it gets read, so credibility comes before the venture list.

The restraint is deliberate, not a lack of ideas. Her brand position is The Quiet Power, so a loud site would contradict the strategy. We gave the layout room and let the typography carry the weight. The trade-off is real: restraint gives up the instant impact of a busy hero image. In return, her words land first, which is the point of the site.

What we built

- A single page with three separate routes through it. What a speaker needs, what a partner needs, and what a reader wants are separated by a scroll, so nobody wades through the other two.

- Her ventures read as one story, not three loose ones. The creative arm is Through The Glass Creatives. The operations arm is Magna Hvati Business Solutions. The social impact arm is the Millora Foundation. One founder, one page, three kinds of work.

- A quiet recognition section that lists her awards and then stops. There is no banner and no shouting. The restraint is the argument, because it matches the way she leads.

- A light build with headings written as plain sentences. A person skimming and a search engine crawling then read the same page, and neither one needs a translation.

The outcome

A founder with several ventures now has a single address to hand out. The site sorts the visitors, so she never has to explain the whole picture twice. It reads as one person with a consistent point of view, rather than a collection of job titles. That is the assignment a founder website should answer.

Judge the decisions yourself, because they are all visible on the page. The finished website is live at mherievic.com.
