An AI Digital Twin for a Dental Practice | TTGC
Building an AI avatar of the dentist so video content can scale without a camera.

Dental video tends to die at the same step. The idea is fine and the script is fine, but then someone has to book the actual shoot. For Odessa Family Dental, we designed around that step instead. We built an AI Digital Twin. It is an AI avatar of the dentist, and it turns an approved script into video on demand.
The challenge
Odessa Family Dental is a family and emergency practice in Odessa, Texas. It sees whole families, and it sees people who cannot wait. Urgent cases do not wait for a plan. That is the problem in one line. Good dental video needs the dentist on camera. And the dentist has the least free time of the lot. One video is easy to make. A steady posting cadence, week after week, is what breaks.
Our approach
We weighed the usual fixes first. Batch filming packs a stack of videos into one long day, but that day still has to survive the schedule. A stand-in presenter frees the dentist, but then the face on screen is not the face patients meet in the chair. So we took the camera out of the loop instead, and built an AI Digital Twin, a true-to-life avatar of the dentist. It renders a written script as video, so the practice can post without filming. The words never leave the practice, because someone there writes them or signs off on them before the twin delivers them.
What we built
- An AI Digital Twin built from the dentist's own likeness, so the face on screen is the face patients meet in the chair. A generic presenter would have been quicker to build, and worth much less to a practice whose whole appeal is the person in the room.
- A clear path from script to video, with a sign-off step in the middle. Once the practice approves the words, a finished video comes back, and nobody has to book a filming day.
- The same face on every post, and the same way of talking. A short clip and a long explainer now feel like one person speaking, rather than two separate content efforts.
- A content system that grows on script time, not chair time. It is built for explainers, updates, and answers to the questions patients ask most often. It is deliberately not built to give advice about one patient.
The outcome
Odessa Family Dental can now make video without booking a shoot. The same face carries every clip. Video used to happen when the schedule allowed it. Now the team can make it in a normal week. Two things are worth saying plainly. The twin is a way to deliver words, so the practice still owns every one of them. And any practice using one should decide early how it will tell viewers what they are watching. We treat that as a design choice, not a footnote. The video the twin makes also feeds the practice's social media, where local families see it.
