Social Media Management for a Family Dental Practice | TTGC
Growing a local practice from around a hundred followers toward nearly a thousand.

Most local practices do not have a social problem. They have a time problem. The account is real work, and it loses to patients every day. The fix is not a clever idea. It is a plan that runs on the days no one has time. We managed social media for Odessa Family Dental. During that time the following grew from around a hundred toward nearly a thousand.
The challenge
Odessa Family Dental serves families and emergency patients in Odessa, Texas. The following was modest and the time to post was short. Those two facts are really one problem. A clinical day fills up fast, and the post is the first thing to drop when it does. So the account stayed well below what a local page can do for a practice.
Our approach
We took the account off the practice's plate and ran it ourselves. That was the first real decision. Coaching a busy team to post more almost never holds, because the clinic day always wins. So we set a weekly rhythm and kept to it, whether or not anyone at the practice had a spare hour. Each post was written for one reader: a local parent choosing a dentist they can trust with the family.
Dental social carries a limit most industries do not. The most interesting thing in the room is a patient, and a patient is never content. So the page had to earn a follow without leaning on them, which leaves the practice itself to carry it. That is exactly why the AI Digital Twin mattered so much in this engagement. It gave the page a supply of video without a shoot. The dentist could be the face of the feed without giving up chair time.
What we built
- Full social media management. We own the plan, the calendar, the words, and the timing of each post.
- A post plan that runs every week. It speaks to local families and to emergency patients in the town.
- A single written voice, so the account sounds like the same practice in every post.
- An account that keeps running on the busiest clinic days, with nothing asked of the team.
The outcome
During our engagement, the following grew from around a hundred to nearly a thousand. A follower count on its own proves very little, and we will not pretend otherwise. What it tracks here is recognition in one town. Odessa is more or less the whole market for a practice like this, so the number was never meant to be big. It was meant to be local. By the end of our engagement, the page was still climbing.
